What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is processed entirely by our payment providers (Stripe and Shopify) and never touches our servers. When you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and — if you've opted in — send occasional studio news. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't run third-party advertising on this site.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses browser local storage to remember your cart between visits. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Payment processing

Purchases are processed by Stripe and Shopify, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email production@bluepulsestudios.com and we'll handle it promptly.
