The basics

By using this site or buying from the shop, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn’t sit right, write to us before ordering.

Orders & limited editions

Many of our pieces are produced in small, numbered runs. Order confirmations for limited items are commitments to a production slot; ship dates are estimates and can shift with production. We’ll keep you posted at every stage. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, suspected resale bots on numbered items).

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe and Shopify. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Intellectual property

The films, artwork, characters, logos, and text on this site belong to Blue Pulse Studios or our licensors. Fan art and community creations are yours — selling merchandise with our characters requires a license. Ask us; we’re friendly.

Liability

The site and shop are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question.
